Refund Processing Framework

Once a refund is approved by our billing support desk, the financial reversal follows a strict processing timeline based on your original mode of payment:

 

1.Cancellation Logging:Immediate.

The customer initiates a cancellation via the SDM Cabs Booking Portal or calls our 24/7 helpline at +91-99457 87575. A formal cancellation ID is generated.

2.Verification & Approval:Within 24 Hours.

Our accounts team cross-verifies the cancellation timestamp against the driver's dispatch log to assess applicable window fees under Section 1.

3.Bank Transfer Reversal:3 to 5 Business Days.

The approved net refund balance is initiated back to your original source account (UPI, Google Pay, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card).

4.Credit Reflected:Depending on Bank.

The funds reflect in your account. You will receive an automated confirmation email and SMS receipt once the gateway completes the payout.
