Here are the revised General Terms for SDM Cabs :

Toll tax and parking fees are not included in the outstation or one-way booking fare and will be paid directly to the driver.

Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded in case of booking cancellations.

The driver will wait for 30 minutes only to board the taxi. If the customer does not confirm the trip, the booking will be automatically canceled.

A waiting charge of Rs. 2 per minute will be charged after 15 minutes of waiting, and these charges will be paid directly to the driver after reaching the boarding point.

For one-way bookings, the driver will not stop the car for more than 30 minutes during the journey, except for a tea/lunch break, which will be a maximum of 30 minutes.

The driver will drop off at the specified destination at the start of the journey. The car will not be stopped during the journey except for the tea/lunch break.

For outstation round-trip duties, a minimum of 300 kilometers is chargeable for all cities per day, and a calendar day begins at 6:00 A.M. and ends at 12:00 midnight. If a drop-off occurs after midnight, an additional day's charges (300 kilometers) will be applicable unless specifically stated in the package rates quoted.

Driver allowances will be applicable between 10 P.M. and 6 A.M. at the normal rate.

The operator will not provide receipts for state entry taxes.
